About the 'Mutsu' apple
Colour: Medium to large apple with colour ranging from very pale yellow to greenish yellow.
Taste: Aromatic, sweet, sharp and with a very juicy flesh.
Did you know: The skin of the Mutsu apple can be manipulated during cultivation to create three different coloured apples;
Natural (yellow/green) Red (exposed to more sun) and Silver (no sun exposure).
